Heart Disorders (Dil ki bimari) (Angina Pain)

Desiilaaz with (Garlic) cloves and asmania (Ephedra)


Diet rich in saturated fats, spice and smoking damages heart function. It leads to heart disorders.
1st
Add 2 cups of boiling water to ½ tspf of Assam tea leaves and let it stand for 10 min. Filter and add powdered choti elaichi (Cardamom) seeds. Mix and take 1 cup twice a day.
2nd
Boil 90 g of shredded erandi (Castor Oil Plant) root in 3 cups of water in a covered container for 15 min add little potassium carbonate. Remove from heat and let it stand for 15 min. Filter and take 1 cup thrice a day.
3rd
To 15 g of chopped branches of asmania (Ephedra) add 2 cups of boiling water in a covered container for 5-20 min as per the strength needed. Filter and take 1-2 cups hot or warm a day.
4th
Boil 10 g of powdered lahsun (Garlic) cloves and ½ cup of milk in ½ cup of water in a covered container till the volume is reduced to half (½ cup)( 7-8 min). Filter and take ½ cup a day.
5th
To 1 tspf of crushed blossoms of dharu (Lavender) add 1 cup of boiling water in a covered container for 10 min. Filter and take 1 cup twice a day.
6th
Keep 2 tspf of shredded jalakan (Valerian) root in 1 cup of water for 8 hr in a covered container. Filter and take 1 cup a day warm. (Contraindicated in pregnant and nursing women)
7th

To 15 g of crushed flowers of bunafshah (Violet) add 2 cups of boiling water in a covered container for 5-20 min as per the strength needed. Filter and take 1-2 cups a day. (For angina)
