Desiilaaz with chopped chitawala (Alpine Ragwort) and chopped bichhu (Stinging Nettle)
Gingivitis is due to
inadequate cleaning of teeth, vitamin C deficiency and sometimes a symptom of
leukemia.
1st
Boil 1 tspf of chopped
chitawala (Alpine Ragwort) in 1 cup of water. Remove from heat and let it stand
covered for 15 min. Filter and take 1 cup 2-3 times a day.
2nd
Add ½ cup of boiling
water to 3-4 tspf of chopped bichhu (Stinging Nettle) stalks in a covered
container and let it stand for 15 min. Filter and take ½ cup 3-4 times a day.
3rd
Keep 2-3 tbsp of crushed
gandana (Yarrow) dried flowering plant in 4 cups of water for 15 min in covered
container. Filter and take 1 cup 4 times a day.
