Jaundice (pilia) desiilaaz with zergul and neem
The yellowish
discoloration of skin, sweat, conjunctiva (whites of eye), and urine is
jaundice. Hepatitis has jaundice as a significant symptom.
1st
Boil 1 tspf of
chopped gokhulakanta (Gokulakanta) root in 2 cups of water in a covered
container for 20-30 min. Filter and take 2-4 tbspf 2-3 times a day.
2nd
To 1-2 tspf of
granulated zergul (Marigold) flowers add 2 cups of boiling water in a covered
container for 15 min. Filter and take 1 cup a day.
3rd
Boil 35 g of crushed
neem leaves in ½ cup of water till the volume is reduced to half (3-4 min) in a
covered container. Filter and take ¼ cup twice a day.
4th
Boil 1-4 g of
powdered peepal bark in ¼ cup of water in a covered container till the volume
is reduced to half. Filter and take 1 tbsp in morning.
5th
Add to 1 cup of
boiling water 1 tspf of powdered kutki (Picrorhiza) seeds in a covered
container and let it stand for 10-15 min. Filter and take ½ cup twice a day.
6th
To 1 tspf of ground
vilayati afsanthin (Wormwood) fresh plant add 1 cup boiling water in a covered
container for 10-15 min. Filter and take 1 cup 3 times a day after meals.
7th
Boil 6 g of crushed
saunf (Fennel) seeds, 6 g of crushed pudina (Mint) leaves and 6 g of crushed
gulab (Rose) flowers in ¾ cup of water. Remove from heat and cover it for 15-20
min. Filter and take ¾ cup twice a day.
